One vision, fewer handoffs.

Most productions split wardrobe, hair, makeup and art direction across separate departments that meet for the first time on set. I run them as one department with one brief, so the palette on a character's jacket agrees with the palette on the wall behind them, on purpose.

On set, that means one person producers can call for continuity questions, not four. Off set, it means a smaller crew, a tighter budget line, and a look that reads as directed rather than assembled. Assistants handle execution under my direction on larger builds. The vision stays singular regardless of crew size.
